Administration of the Trust

Text Box: ¨ All the Trustees together are called as the Board of Trustees headed by the Chairman. The Chairman shall decide any question arising in the administration of the Trust. The Chairman may also take administrative decisions, which have to be ratified in the subsequent meeting. A resolution also be passed by circulation. The trustees shall be honorary and not entitled to any remuneration. However, they would be entitled to traveling and such other expenses as the Board may deed fit and easonable. ¨ The Board of Trustees may frame rules and regulations for the conduct of the business of the Trust as well as to achieve objects of the Trust. ¨ The Trustees and the members of their families shall not be entitled to the benefits of the Trust. ¨ Ten members shall form the quorum, provided that if any meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, the adjourned meeting may be called on a date not later than three days’ from the date of the original meeting to transact the business regardless of the quorum. ¨ The original copy of the Trust Deed shall remain only with the Chairman of the Trust. ¨ The Trust formed is irrevocable. ¨ The funds/income of the Trust shall be safely utilized for achieving the objects of the Trust and no portion of it shall be utilized for the benefit of the Trustees by way of interest, bonus, dividend, profit, etc.   Declaration It is expressly declared that no part of the trust property or its income of Trust Fund shall be applied for any purpose which is not a public charitable purpose in the law and all provisions hereof shall be constructed accordingly.   NOW THIS TRUST DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS In witness whereof the parties hereto have set their respective hands on this Deed of Trust in presence of witnesses on the day, month, year, first mentioned above WITNESS 1                                              SETTLOR    WIRNESS 2                                              TRUSTEES                                                        Dr. Mahesh ‘SAI—PREM’
